Shallow embedment or mini drop in anchors are designed for use in post tension concrete applications where you have limited embedment in the concrete. They use a different set tool than standard drop in anchors and are available in 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" diameters. To insure safe installation, use a stop bit that will limit drill depth and eliminate contact with post tension cables.
