XP20 Sammy Express Steel for 3/8" rod. Box of 25. ITW Buildex # 8150922. Requires Express Driver. Designed to be mounted into metal roof deck. This is a great times save eliminating the use of strut to span bar joists. They are expensive, but figure the savings over strut and the time saved and these are a note brainer.
