HT-LOK Stainless Steel .25-.5" Fastener 1,000 Pack. The HT-LOK Fastener is a cost affective panel rivet fastener. Available in a variety of sizes in both carbon steel and stainless finishes.   • Hex washer head machine screw assembled to a slotted aluminum sleeve and EPDM sealing washer
  • After tightening, clamping tines remain in place even if screw is removed
