ITW Buildex 1/4-14 x 3" TEK Screw #3 Point 100 Pieces.  ITW Buildex Part #1157000. This is a #14 hex self driller with Climaseal exterior coating and a #3 self drilling point. 3/8" Hex Head.  Designed for drilling steel .036 to .210.  The drill point starts fast making it less susceptible to walking.    ITW Buildex TEK screws are preferred by many contractors because of the consistent quality and performance coupled with testing and approvals.  Find performance data here.
